The post Consultation Service for Support of Ukrainian Evacuees Established first appeared on 公益財団法人埼玉県国際交流協会.]]> In order to help evacuees from Ukraine to stay in Saitama Prefecture with peace of mind, Saitama Information & Support provides consultation service for daily life in Ucrainian, Russian. 

The consultation covers general living issues such as housing, employment, etc. Specialized consultations on immigration, legal, and welfare issues are also available.  

 The service is available in Ukrainian, Russian, English, easy Japanese, and other languages. For consultations in Ukrainian, an appointment is required.  

Method of consultation: by phone or in person  

 Phone: 048-833-3296  

 Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  

 　　　　　※Russian language: only available from 10:00 to 16:00  

 　　　　　(Except national holidays and December 29 to January 3)
