Volunteer Registration

 

Saitama International Association has the registration system for interpreter / translator volunteers and homestay volunteers.
We introduce or dispatch registered volunteers based on requests from public institutions in the prefecture.

 

Interpreter / Translator Volunteers

Based on requests from public institutions in the prefecture such as local governments and hospitals, we will ask registered volunteers to interpret or translate in situations such as hospital examinations, lawyer consultations, and acceptance of trainees.

 

Homestay Volunteers

We will ask registered volunteers to accept homestays such as the homestay program for international students (1 night, 2 days, 4 times a year) co-sponsered by Saitama International Association and Saitama International Student Exchange Promotion Council, and “One Night Stay” program for trainees studying in the Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute.
