Consultations and information are available in the following 9 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Korean, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese and plain Japanese.
Consultations are offered on everyday living, as well as labor, immigration and legal matters.
Basically upon request from municipality (prefectural/city/town office), hospitals and public institutions in the prefecture, we provide intermediary interpretation services between office staff and foreign residents over the phone.
